Bob’s Kitchen – Paris

One of my favorite vegetarian canteen in Paris is Bob’s Kitchen. There are 3 different addresses: Bob’s Juice bar at 15, rue Lucien Sampaix, not far from the Canal Saint Martin and Bob’s Bakery at the Halles Pajol near Gare du Nord. Bob’s Kitchen is opened for breakfast + lunch and on week ends you have an amazing brunch with pancakes.
I always take the same thing: juice from the cold pressery, a veggie stew and for dessert my favorite matcha cookie. I have not yet taken a picture of those small treats, I always forget to take one before it ends in my mouth ! The crust is made with matcha and they are filled with chocolate. I should also try their muffin one day but the cookie is too good to be missed ! :-d
