I was invited last Tuesday by Grace, who is the author of the blog « La Petite Banane » for the press inauguration of the second edition of the Chinese Food Week. This event is held in Paris from June, 1st to 7th, and every night, one restaurant representing a region is put forward. On Monday, it will be Hakka specialties and on Wednesday, Sichuan will take center stage. I have booked for the Friday dinner, which is Dim Sum at the President in Belleville!

  During the press inauguration, I discovered the very strong Moutai alcohol – 茅台酒 and the incredible Mochi ice cream from Mon Panier d’Asie.
