How to fight summer heat in Paris? The city offers a large array of busy cafes with Parisians trying to catch the sunbeams with a glass of rosé. If you want to escape from the urban crowd, you do not need to go very far but instead head to Mini Palais, a restaurant which has a beautiful hidden terrass. The menu here has been created by the Michelin Star chef Eric Frechon from Epicure, Le Bristol – considered as one of the best hotel restaurant in the world. Without booking there, you can have a glimpse of his talent at Mini Palais.
The magnificent imperial columns give this terrass a very pleasant and unique atmosphere. To cool down or quench your thirst, choose their home made Fruit sorbet with a Kusmi Ice tea.
