Korean Street Food at le Carreau du Temple – Paris
25 septembre 2015 § 5 Commentaires
Until Sunday, will be held at Le Carreau du Temple a street food festival centered around Korean food with other food trucks as well. Korean food is not yet well known in France, maybe at the exception of the spicy kimchi and the BBQ. The Korean food stalls present here were promoting traditional korean dishes yet unfamiliar to Parisians, such as Tteokbokki, Hop-pang, or seafood Pajeon. They are prepared just in front of you and you are able to see how they are cooked.
The korean chef Pierre Sang was also there and had his own food stall. I tried his Kimchi lentil, not as spicy as I was expecting but strong enough for the Parisians trying Kfood for the first time. If you have never drink Makgeolli or Soju yet, head to the bar to try !
I was there with my two favorite Bloggers, Ugonna from Kphenomen and Grace from La Petite Banane.
Where? At Le Carreau du Temple, 4 rue Eugène Spuller – 75003 until September 27th 2015.
